Winter Championships 16 - 17 Nov 2024
The IOCA Winter Championships are being held at Rutland Water Sailing Club on 16 - 17 November 2024.

Two fleets for the Winters 24
For the Winters 24 there will be a Main Fleet and a Racing Regatta Fleet.
Main Fleet - Flights TO BE CONFIRMED
It is very likely that Main Fleet will race in Flights. There will be four flights groups with 2 groups in each start. The Course and Flight Start Sequence are published in the MEIs. For more information on sailing in Flights have a look at Flights explained
Sailors entry
Sailors must be current IOCA UK member for 2024 or 2025. IOCA 2025 membership is available from Monday 21 October 2024 and will expire on 31st December 2025. Join the class or renew membership before making an online entry.
On line entry for the Winters 24 is now open. Changes to sail numbers can be made on line after entry and no later than the end of Registration on Saturday 16 November..
When you have made your entry check that other sailors who have planned to also enther this event have made an entry.
The closing date for entries for the Winters 24 is Monday 11 November 2024 at 23.59hrs. Entries will not be accepted after this date.
Event Team - Not Yet Published
Volunteers are required for the Winters 24 Event Team there are roles ashore and on the water. If you are new to all this then rest assured that most roles need no prior experience and someone will make sure you know what you are doing! There's information on our webpage and a document which describes the volunteer roles in detail. Support Vessels and Support Persons
The Major Event Instructions has information on Support Vessels and Support Persons in section 22.
Equipment Declaration
An online Equipment Declaration must be completed by all sailors in Main Fleet. The Equipment Declaration must be completed by 9.30 am on Saturday 16 November 2024. Changes to the Equipment Declaration must be made by the same time.
Campervan
There are 5 campervan pitches on the RSC site. To make a booking contact RSC on 01780 720292. RSC office is open Thursday to Monday.
There are very limited 3 or 4 spaces for campervans to park on the road leading to RSC. These spaces are not bookable.
Bunkroom accommodation at RSC
